SINAI Shipping Policy

At SINAI, we are grateful for every order placed with us. Your support means everything to our family-operated brand, and we work hard to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

At this time, SINAI ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer international shipping

Processing & Production

 Because our apparel is custom printed on demand, production times may vary. Orders are typically processed and printed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times are carrier- and destination-dependent and are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivered Packages 

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. SINAI is not liable for packages marked delivered that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check your porch, mailbox, neighbors, or leasing office, and contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
